The Viva Pro Club app is made for plumbers, installers, and trade users who work with VIVA Sanitary plumbing products. It keeps the useful bits in one place on your phone, including your PRO+ Installer Club account, points balance, product information, and nearby stockists.
When you pick up selected VIVA products, such as toilet fill valves, flush valves, cistern parts, pan connectors, traps, wastes, and flexible hoses, you can scan the barcode on the packaging or enter the reward code by hand. The app adds the points to your account and shows your current balance on the dashboard.
There’s also a rewards section where you can spend the points you’ve built up through the VIVA PRO+ Installer Club. You can see what’s available, how many points each item needs, and redeem straight from the app when you’ve got enough.
On the job, the app is handy for looking up VIVA product details, installation guides, drawings, and videos. If you’ve got a product code, you can search for it quickly and use the store finder to check nearby plumbing merchants and stockists.
Viva Pro Club is free and is available on both iOS and Android, so you can use it whether you’re on site, in the van, or catching up back at the office.
